Today, in this busy and hectic world people are becoming very busy in achieving their goals. Most people believe that the external things such as food, jewelry, home, car, money are the real source of happiness. So, they devote all their time and energy to acquiring these external things. I understand that all these things play a very important role in our lives and make us happy, but if we look more deeply we shall see that these external things also bring us a lot of tensions and worries.
